Vertical, founded in 2020, is inspired by Peter Thiel's concept of vertical innovation that transforms industries. We have constructed over 1 million square feet and optimized 5 million square feet of commercial projects utilizing innovative steel construction technology.
Our solutions prioritize efficiency by using up to 50% less steel than conventional solutions and are up to 15-20% more economical than traditional RCC construction. Projects are completed 30% faster, with flexible, column-free designs and compliance with both Indian and international building codes, ensuring superior structural integrity. Additionally, our construction solution is almost fully recyclable and non-polluting, and has been rigorously validated by institutions such as the Indian Institute of Science and Heriot-Watt University.

DSPM is our patented AI-driven algorithm that designs optimized steel structures by aligning with stress paths. It's customizable to architectural needs, compliant with Indian and international codes, and compatible with industry-standard software.
Patented slab system
Improves structural stability and helps cut minimum 20% cost.
Our patented trapezoidal deep deck ribbed slab spans up to 16m without supports. This 215mm-thick shuttering enhances stability, reduces vibrations, uses 25% less concrete than conventional RCC slabs, eliminates secondary structural members, and accommodates design changes easily.
Patented Structural joints design
For improved performance
DSPM's patented bolted joint design uses doubler plates for continuous stress paths, enhancing ductility and resistance to wind/earthquake/cyclic loading. It eliminates unsightly elevational bracings, allows large service openings (400×1200mm) in 600mm beams, and protects joints with molten aluminum spray coating to prevent deterioration.
